  • Ability to independently lead complex marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency; dashboards or BI tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with AI in automating strategic and operational tasks.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering teams.
