π― Requirements
- 4+ years managing lifecycle campaigns focused on conversion, revenue, retention
- Analytical with structured problem solving; translate data into clear recommendations
- Strong A/B testing knowledge: design, segmentation, holdout, interpretation
- CRM/marketing automation: Braze, Iterable, Mailchimp, SFMC, or similar
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, Eng, and Design
- Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate testing
- B2C and B2B email marketing experience; marketplace/e-commerce a plus
- Excel and SQL experience is a plus
