  • Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy for defined retailer journey area.
  • Develop and launch automated email, push, SMS, in-app flows by behavior and stage.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Design to align CRM with goals.
  • Partner with Analytics to analyze campaigns and form data-driven hypotheses.
  • Analyze trends, derive insights, and share learnings across the org.
  • Work with Growth Platform to add models, dynamic content, and AI to journeys.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years managing lifecycle campaigns focused on conversion, revenue, retention
  • Analytical with structured problem solving; translate data into clear recommendations
  • Strong A/B testing knowledge: design, segmentation, holdout, interpretation
  • CRM/marketing automation: Braze, Iterable, Mailchimp, SFMC, or similar
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, Eng, and Design
  • Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate testing
  • B2C and B2B email marketing experience; marketplace/e-commerce a plus
  • Excel and SQL experience is a plus
