Execute lifecycle campaigns across European markets from briefing to post-send review
Build and schedule Email and SMS campaigns in CRM (Klaviyo)
Maintain lifecycle calendars and coordinate timelines
Collaborate with internal teams and agencies for on-brand messaging
Assist with hand-offs and cross-team communications
Localize campaigns for European markets, incl. German support

🎯 Requirements

1–3 years experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM
Hands-on experience with ESP/CRM and SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Postscript)
Strong QA, accuracy, and operational excellence
Comfort with performance metrics and reporting
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong cross-functional communication skills
