  • 4-7 years of hands-on lifecycle experience
  • HubSpot proficiency: build workflows and sequences from scratch
  • Experience in B2B or complex multi-stage lifecycle (freemium, subscription, PLG)
  • Commercially wired โ€” pipeline, conversion, revenue focus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and lack of a fully formed playbook
  • Design clean experiments and turn results into next actions
