- 4-7 years of hands-on lifecycle experience
- HubSpot proficiency: build workflows and sequences from scratch
- Experience in B2B or complex multi-stage lifecycle (freemium, subscription, PLG)
- Commercially wired โ pipeline, conversion, revenue focus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and lack of a fully formed playbook
- Design clean experiments and turn results into next actions
