🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, client experience, operations, or growth.
  • Hands-on with automated flows in Braze, Iterable, Customer.io or HubSpot.
  • Strong execution: briefs, copy, campaigns, and data-driven shipping.
  • Data-driven with KPI measurement and thoughtful experiments.
  • Experience in regulated environments (InsurTech, Fintech, SaaS) or B2B.
  • Copywriting for both D2C and B2B lifecycle messaging.
