  • Oversee and process all aspects of license management for UiPath.
  • Ensure accurate license information is provided to customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, customers, and Finance/Accounting/Legal teams.
  • Deliver first-level licensing support via our ticketing platform.
  • Support Enterprise Sales to enhance client satisfaction and growth.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Product Support or Customer Support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English required.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to support multiple teams across time zones (APAC).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Committed to continuous learning and product knowledge.
  • Apply knowledge of specific processes/products to answer inquiries.
  • Previous customer service or sales support experience desirable.
