- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Product Support or Customer Support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Flexibility to support multiple teams across time zones (APAC).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Committed to continuous learning and product knowledge.
- Apply knowledge of specific processes/products to answer inquiries.
- Previous customer service or sales support experience desirable.
