Licensing Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of licensing programs across teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Legal, Compliance, Product, R&D, GTM.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory risks and dependencies.
• Establish governance, reporting, and tracking for executive transparency.
• Ensure licensing programs meet regulatory expectations with strong execution.
• Leverage data insights to identify trends and proactively resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or technology.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs in global software; 2+ yrs licensing.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, technical, and business processes.
• Proven stakeholder management with excellent communication.
• Collaborative team player who builds trust and accountability.
• FinTech licensing, SDLC, Agile, and product mgmt experience is a plus.
