Own end-to-end planning and execution of licensing programs across teams
Drive cross-functional alignment across Legal, Compliance, Product, R&D, GTM, Finance
Identify and mitigate cross-company regulatory risks and dependencies
Establish governance, reporting, and tracking frameworks for leadership transparency
Ensure licensing programs meet regulatory expectations with strong execution
Leverage data to identify trends, assess risk, and resolve issues early

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, tech, or related field
5+ years managing cross-functional programs in global software; 2+ years in licensing/regulatory
Strong understanding of regulatory, technical, and business processes; bridge gaps
Proven stakeholder management with strong communication and influencing skills
Collaborative team player who builds trust and accountability
Experience with FinTech licensing, SDLC, Agile, and product management is a plus
