Licensing Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of licensing programs across teams
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Legal, Compliance, Product, R&D, GTM, Finance
• Identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory risks and dependencies
• Establish governance, reporting, and tracking frameworks for executive transparency
• Ensure licensing programs meet regulatory expectations with strong execution
• Leverage data and insights to identify trends, manage risk, and resolve issues early

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, tech, or related field
• 5+ years managing cross-functional programs in global software; 2+ yrs in licensing/regulatory
• Strong understanding of regulatory, technical, and business processes
• Proven stakeholder management with excellent communication and influence
• A collaborative team player who builds trust and accountability
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver high-impact, complex initiatives
• Experience with FinTech licensing, SDLC, Agile, and product management is a plus
