Licensing and Reporting Senior Analyst - Regulatory Compliance

📋 Description

• Support lifecycle management of US MTLs, renewals, amendments, filings.
• Support MSB registrations and FinCEN filings across Americas.
• Assist with new license applications and regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate with external counsel, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain licensing trackers, docs, and regulatory calendars.
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting licensing; escalate as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8+ years in regulatory compliance, licensing, or reporting.
• Experience supporting US MTL programs and the NMLS system.
• Experience with MSB registrations and FinCEN/FinTrac systems.
• Familiarity with multi-state regulatory frameworks in the Americas.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
