π― Requirements
- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with unencumbered LVN/LPN license; CPR/First Aid within 180 days.
- Minimum 1 year nursing in clinical setting with frail/elderly population.
- Nursing knowledge to treat frail elderly and manage complex clinical situations.
- Highly motivated, self-directed; able to adapt in fast-changing environment and make sound decisions in emergencies.
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills with seniors, families, and interdisciplinary team.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple patients.
