🎯 Requirements
- Graduate of Accredited Nursing School with an LVN/LPN license
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience with frail/elderly population
- Nursing skills to treat frail elderly and manage complex cases
- Motivated, self-directed, adaptable; decisive in emergencies
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills with seniors
- CPR and First Aid within 180 days; certification preferred
