🎯 Requirements
- Accredited nursing program graduate; unencumbered LVN/LPN license
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience with frail/elderly population
- Nursing knowledge to treat frail elderly and manage complex clinical situations
- Highly motivated, self-directed; able to act in changing environments and emergencies
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills with seniors and families
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple patients
