🎯 Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing program with an unencumbered LVN/LPN license
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience with frail/elderly population
- Nursing knowledge to treat frail elderly participants and manage complex cases
- Highly motivated, self-directed; able to adapt and make sound emergency decisions
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills with seniors, families, and team
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple patients and tasks
