🎯 Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with an unencumbered LVN/LPN license
- Minimum of one year nursing experience with frail or elderly population
- Nursing knowledge to treat frail elderly patients and manage complex cases
- Highly motivated, self-directed, able to work in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire; preferred at hire
