π― Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing program; unencumbered LVN/LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience with frail/elderly population.
- Nursing knowledge to treat frail elderly patients and manage complex clinical situations.
- Highly motivated, self-directed; able to adapt in changes and emergencies.
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills with seniors and teams.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple patients.
