- Maintain a full outpatient caseload with individual psychotherapy
- Conduct clinical intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
- Facilitate or co-facilitate MH IOP groups; support admissions
- Provide in-person clinical coverage at the Doylestown clinic
- Collaborate with Forge providers, including med management, to coordinate care
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation per PA regulations
🎯 Requirements
- PA license as LCSW or similar (LPC, LSW, LAPC, LMFT)
- Master's degree in a clinical field (SW, Counseling, Psychology, or related)
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adults
- Experience with group facilitation preferred
- Experience in IOP settings and/or Medicare credentialing preferred
- Familiarity with PA behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
