- Maintain a full outpatient caseload with individual psychotherapy
- Conduct clinical intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
- Facilitate or co-facilitate MH IOP groups and support admissions
- Provide in-person clinical coverage within the West Orange clinic
- Collaborate with Forge providers, including medication management, to coordinate care
- Support continuity of care during planned staff leave
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation per NJ regulations
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and program development
- Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
- Valid PA license as LCSW or similar credentials (LPC, LSW, LAPC, LMFT)
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adults
- Experience with group facilitation preferred
- Experience in IOP settings and/or Medicare credentialing preferred
- Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
