Licensed School-Based Clinician

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services: individual, group, and family therapy.
• Partner with families to deliver student care and facilitate parent support.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and teams to deliver coordinated, student-centered care.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation per standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) in the service state.
• 2+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR/Microsoft Office; maintain records.
• Experience working with schools, families, and community-based services.
