🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in NJ
- 4+ years with children/adolescents having behavioral/emotional needs
- 2+ years supervising staff in a clinical setting; supervision cert preferred
- Experience training educators and parents on student mental health
- Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR
