🎯 Requirements

- Ability to build trust quickly through clear, confident communication
- Comfort with performance metrics, schedules, and training
- Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software
- Self-motivated, results-driven
- Bonus: Licensed in California or Surplus Lines License
