🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in fast-paced sales.
• Active P&C license in your state of residence.
• Proven track record of closing sales and hitting targets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with goal orientation.
• Bonus: Licensed in California; Surplus Lines License.
