- Deliver initial 4-6 weeks of skilled nursing care at home.
- Travel to client homes across Passaic, Bergen & Hudson counties.
- Work with Clinical Managers to meet each client’s needs.
- Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and document orders.
- Provide hands-on 12-hour shifts with one client.
- Care for clients from infants to elderly.
🎯 Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
- CPR Certification
- Willingness to work across Bergen, Passaic & Hudson counties
- One year of skilled nursing experience
- Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience
- Pediatric experience
