- Provide initial 4–6 weeks of skilled nursing care at home
- One-on-one nursing in clients' homes
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers to meet care plans
- Travel to client homes and document orders
- Traditional 12-hour shifts available
🎯 Requirements
- Active NJ LPN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- One year of skilled nursing; pediatric experience included
- Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience
- Willingness to work across Bergen, Passaic & Hudson counties
- Commitment to two 12-hour shifts per week and one weekend per month
