STAT LPN in BAYADA's private duty team serving Bergen, Passaic & Hudson counties
You'll help clients transition home from hospital and fill last-minute openings
Provide initial 4-6 weeks of skilled nursing care with one-on-one attention at home
Work with Clinical Managers to meet the client's care plan
Travel to clients' homes, perform assessments, monitor conditions, document orders
Traditional 12-hour shifts with focus on hands-on care for one client

🎯 Requirements

Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
CPR Certified
Willingness to work across Bergen, Passaic, & Hudson counties
Willingness to work with all ages (Infant through Geriatric)
One year of skilled nursing experience
Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience
