- STAT LPN providing private duty home care in Bergen, Passaic & Hudson counties
- Care for clients transitioning home from hospital with one-on-one attention
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers to meet care plans and document orders
- Travel to clients’ homes; traditional 12-hour shifts with one client per shift
- Ages range from infants to elderly with varying acuity
- Initial 4-6 weeks of skilled nursing care per client
🎯 Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
- CPR Certified
- Willingness to work across Bergen, Passaic & Hudson counties
- Willingness to work with all ages (Infant through Geriatric)
- One year of skilled nursing experience
- Hands-on infant, pediatric & adult tracheostomy/ventilator experience
- Commitment to two 12-hour shifts per week and one weekend per month
