Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) STAT

📋 Description

• Provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care at clients' homes during 12-hour shifts
• Start with 4–6 weeks of initial care for new admissions, then transition to next client
• Care for all ages from infant to geriatric, including high-acuity needs
• Travel to clients' homes, follow doctor's orders, and document care
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers to meet each client's care plan
• Assess, monitor, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
• CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing experience
• Tracheostomy and ventilator care for infant–adult
• Willingness to work across Bergen, Passaic, and Hudson counties
• Willingness to work two 12-hour shifts per week and one weekend per month
