Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) STAT

📋 Description

• Provide private duty LPN care at clients' homes in NJ counties.
• Initial 4-6 week skilled nursing care for new admissions.
• Assess, monitor conditions, and document interventions.
• Travel to clients' homes and deliver 12-hour, one-on-one care.
• Manage high-tech needs (tracheostomy and ventilator care).
• Collaborate with Clinical Managers to meet care plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing.
• CPR Certification.
• 1+ year skilled nursing experience.
• Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience.
• Able to work across Bergen, Passaic, and Hudson counties in private duty.
