- Provide initial 4-6 weeks of skilled nursing care at clients' homes
- Travel to client homes for 12-hour shifts, delivering hands-on nursing
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers to meet each client’s care plan
- Assess, monitor, and document client conditions and interventions
- Care for clients across ages from infant to geriatric with varying acuity
🎯 Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Willingness to work across Bergen, Passaic, and Hudson counties
- Willingness to work with all ages (Infant through Geriatric)
- One year of skilled nursing experience
- Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience
