🎯 Requirements
- Current Colorado LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience.
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma).
- Home health/home care experience preferred.
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
