📋 Description

• Making home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical Manager.
• Follow up on and document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments and coordinate care.
• Document observations and interventions in EMR on a touchpad.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina LPN license.
• Minimum one year of verifiable LPN experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to travel.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
