Making home visits to clients in designated territories.
Administer medication, wound care, treatments and procedures.
Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical Manager and Client Services Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.
Case management and coordination.

🎯 Requirements

Florida LPN license (current).
At least 1 year of LPN experience.
Graduation from accredited nursing program with transcript/diploma.
Prior home care experience preferred.
Independent workstyle and time management.
EMR experience or strong computer skills.
