🎯 Requirements
- LPN license; Colorado Board of Nursing compact license.
- Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle for CO travel.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience; elders/adults with disabilities.
- Strong communication, assessment, and crisis management.
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM; care planning knowledge.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
