Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtual or in-person)
Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Complete timely documentation within 72 hours
Manage caseload, schedule maintenance, and billing

🎯 Requirements

Licensed in LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or psychologist; CA residency for hybrid roles
Must reside in a state we operate
Must not be opted out of Medicare
Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Suite and Zoom
Excellent communication, active listening, and rapport-building
Reliable time management and professional conduct

🎁 Benefits

Full-time base: $72k-$110k/year
Sign-on bonus: $3,500 for full-time roles (paid over 9 months)
