Licensed Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team
• Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR
• Support families with education, tools, and care coordination
• Target 15–32 sessions per week with 22–36 hours available

🎯 Requirements

• Virginia license LPC, LCSW, LPC-R, LMSW
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
