🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ months P&C/home insurance customer service
  • Experience in high-volume call center or inbound calls
  • Hands-on experience servicing homeowners policies
  • Explain policy coverage, billing, underwriting requirements
  • Comfort using multiple systems/tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
