- Serve as primary benefits contact for a portfolio of small-group clients
- Guide clients through the full renewal process: needs assessment, plan evaluation, enrollment support
- Assess client needs and recommend coverage options (dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA) and plans (SGHI, Level Funded, LGHI)
- Provide clear guidance on health insurance concepts via phone and email
- Ensure timely, accurate support throughout the year
- Meet SLAs and performance standards in a fast-paced environment
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in a customer-facing role; health insurance/benefits preferred
- Active Life and Health Producer License
- Experience managing a client portfolio and relationships
- Strong client retention and service delivery track record
- Clear communicator who simplifies complex benefits
- Self-starter with autonomy; adapts to change
