🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in legal, compliance, or consulting with US financial services regulation exposure.
- Strong understanding of US MTL frameworks, surety bonds, net worth, examinations.
- Experience with crypto licensing and state-by-state variations.
- Familiarity with Canadian payment systems RTR/Interac advantageous.
- Experience managing complex multi-workstream licensing programmes.
- Commercial and project management skills to drive execution across teams.
