Work with design, analysis, and quality teams (Archer and supplier) to solve complex problems
Assist quality team with RCCA and CAPA
Understand and operate Archer and supplier process specs and limitations
Author repair instructions and dispositions for non-conforming components and assemblies
Support supplier process development, travel to supplier(s)
Bridge gaps between manufacturing, quality, and design through collaboration

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in aerospace engineering (design, mfg, tooling)
MRB experience with composite/metallic structures
Proficiency in 3D CAD (NX preferred)
Experience using Fibersim or Composite Workbench
Practical GD&T and real-life inspection execution
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
