🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in a similar role
- LHCSA experience preferred; prior medical experience a plus
- HHA Exchange software experience strongly preferred
- Creative, proactive problem solving and process improvement
- Exceptional customer service with strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient with computers and phone tech; comfortable with technology
- Poise and patience when dealing with customers, both internal and external
- Bilingual in Spanish, or other languages desired
