User research to discover needs and evaluate performance (tests, interviews, surveys)
Content research: card sorts, tree testing, content discovery
Produce research reports and communicate insights
Present findings to inform design and product decisions
Contribute insights to design system specs and UX repository

🎯 Requirements

Post-secondary education mandatory.
6+ years UX Research experience.
Experience with user interviews, usability and accessibility testing.
Ability to scope, plan, recruit, moderate, and analyze studies.
Experience in IA, content design, interface and service design.
English proficiency; experience in Agile product teams.
