We are seeking a motivated
Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our client base in the construction industry. This role combines detailed research with outbound sales efforts, focused on engaging senior decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, and Directors) at construction firms. The successful candidate will begin by building highly targeted prospect lists within specific construction sub-sectors that align with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Once the foundation is set, the Sales & Lead Generation Specialist will transition into outbound calling campaigns, aiming to secure qualified appointments with executives who influence purchasing decisions. Given the unique nature of the construction industry—where executives are often on job sites or traveling—the successful hire will need to be strategic in both timing and messaging. Calls will be concentrated from Monday to Thursday, while Fridays are dedicated to research and prospecting to ensure a steady pipeline of fresh leads. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, who has extensive experience building offshore teams, and to play a direct role in expanding the company’s presence in the U.S. construction market.
