Position Overview
We’re looking for a customer-facing Data Entry Specialist (3-month FTC) to support a short-term operational need for a client in the fleet management SaaS space. This is a full-time, 3-month contract role focused on accurately entering customer-submitted information into the platform and acknowledging requests via email. The role is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident in communicating clearly in writing.
Key Responsibilities Process incoming email-based requests and accurately enter auto repair shop details into the software platform.Validate entered information for completeness and accuracy, resolving gaps before submission.Confirm completion with the customer via email and update the relevant Salesforce Service Cloud case with clear notes and final status.Handle customer and business data carefully in line with data privacy and information security policies, using only approved tools and workflows, and strictly following documented procedures.Maintain high data quality while meeting agreed turnaround times and service levels.Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, confirm details, and unblock requests.Meet daily and weekly productivity targets, tracking progress and flagging issues early where needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role1+ year in a customer-facing role, ideally in an email-based or ticket-driven environmentHigh attention to detail and ability to work accurately with repetitive tasksStrong written English communication skillsTyping speed of 50-60 WPM with a high level of accuracyAble to follow instructions, templates, and documented processes consistentlyReliable, well organised, and able to manage workload independently to meet deadlines/targetsNice to have: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (or a similar CRM/ticketing system)Nice to have: Exposure to fleet management, automotive services, or SaaS/data-driven platforms More Information Role type: Full-time, 3-month contractPotential extension: This role is intended as a short-term engagement, with no guarantee of extensionFully remote work arrangement/WFHWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10pm - 7am Philippines timeHMO, 13 month, and government mandated benefits includedEquipment provided
