Investigate and diagnose complex issues from support tickets
Build deep knowledge of Anaplan and Grafana
Act as AI/ML subject matter expert
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations and Customer Success to guide customers
Raise and track product bugs when identified
Document investigations and share knowledge within the team

🎯 Requirements

Troubleshooting LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation apps
Prompt and context engineering
Data analysis (Excel, Anaplan, or similar tools)
Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, CS, or related
Fluent English and strong communication
Experience leading smaller projects and mentoring
