- Own month-end and quarter-end close; lead schedules and reconciliations.
- Maintain internal controls; drive SOX-ready documentation where applicable.

- Administer equity plans; maintain cap table; process equity awards.
- Act as NetSuite subject-matter expert; drive system improvements and automate workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA/MS preferred.
- 7-8 years progressive accounting; 2+ years in corporate accounting or assistant controller.
- CPA strongly preferred.
- Advanced NetSuite experience; equity admin systems preferred.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge; ASC 718 experience; cash forecasting.
- Excel advanced; ability to present to non-finance leadership.
