- Assist with monthly QA/QC reporting and data analysis
- Recommend underwriting changes based on QA audits
- Underwrite loan files for income, assets, credit

- Perform credit analysis to meet agency/investor eligibility
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of quality assurance or related experience
- Underwriting experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and QA tools
- Experience with federal and multi-state mortgage regulations is a plus
