🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years closing mortgage experience.
- 12 months residential mortgage processing/underwriting.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations from origination to post-closing.
- Experience managing 50–60 loan pipeline per month.
- Proficient with lending systems (e.g., Encompass).
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service.
