  • Lead end-to-end implementation for new lender onboarding from kickoff to go-live.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure lender launches on time.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Eng, and Ops.
  • Configure lender data in internal systems, including rates and docs.
  • Own documentation and knowledge transfer: integration workflows and guides.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans across the lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in PM/implementation/onboarding/tech support in banking/FinTech.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with external stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of system implementation, API integration, and data migration.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with consumer auto loans or related financial products.
