Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand the problems and develop insights, and translate those findings into new product innovationsPartner closely with engineering to drive the creation, planning, prototyping, and development of products and features in support of key product metrics and goalsFoster strong relationships with subject matter experts, analysts, data scientists, and technology teams across LendbuzzOwn, prioritize and maintain the product backlogAnalyze and articulate insights from data to inform product roadmap decisions and drive alignment across functions and senior leadershipBreak down features into detailed stories and acceptance criteria that can be executed by an agile team. Find ways to deliver value incrementallyEffectively communicate to a wide business audience project status and post-launch measurement of progressCollaborate closely with the Finance and Accounting teams on daily and month-end reporting, reconciliation processes, and ensuring accuracy across complex financial data models is a plus Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Product Management within fintech or financial services companies, with a strong focus on lending and loan servicing productsProven hands-on experience working with / for US-based companies or US financial marketsExtensive knowledge of banking integrations and payment processing: ACH, NACHA, card networks, wire transfers, and alternative payment methodsStrong familiarity with US financial compliance and regulatory frameworks such as TILA, Reg B, UDAAP, CFPB regulations and SCRADeep understanding of lending ecosystems, including consumer / auto lending – strong advantageProven experience leading complex product integrations and API-based solutions with internal and external partnersStrong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and working closely with R&D teamsDemonstrated ability to write clear and detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), business requirements and technical specificationsExcellent project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple complex initiatives in parallelStrong analytical mindset with deep interest in data-driven products and decision-makingExperience working in fintech, financial markets, or the automotive ecosystem – a strong plusExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) – mandatoryAbility to work cross-functionally with engineering, data, compliance, legal and business teams in a global environmentHighly independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment Additional Information What we offer:
