We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, IT Systems to lead our IT department in Boston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the successful execution of IT initiatives to support our business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategy to support Lendbuzz's business operations and drive innovation in technology solutions
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the successful execution of IT initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT needs and opportunities that align with business objectives
  • Drive innovation and stay current with industry trends to continuously improve and enhance IT systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align IT strategy accordingly
  • Provide guidance and direction to IT team members, fostering a culture of growth and development
  • Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Develop and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effective implementation of IT initiatives
  • Communicate IT strategies and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Stay informed on healthcare regulations and compliance requirements to ensure IT systems and processes are in alignment
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage technology advancements and drive business growth
  • Continuously assess and improve IT processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business operations
  • Collaborate with the security team to ensure data security and privacy protocols are in place and adhered to
  • Support cross company internal and external audits (for example: SOC2, ITGC, etc)
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • 4+ years of Experience with JAMF for managing and deploying configurations
  • 4+ years of Experience with implementing and managing SaaS services like SSO, Google Workspace, etc
  • 4+ years of Experience managing/orchestrating IT help desk teams via JIRA
  • Experience managing networking infrastructure
  • Experience with ZTNA
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies that drive business growth and innovation
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
